Virtual 5k Coaching Plan

Join us for an 8-week Virtual 5K FREE Training Program! The goal of this program is to help keep you on schedule for training and give you a fun prize at the end (did someone say a medal?!).

How it works:

  • On April 11 all registered athletes will run a safe and socially distant 5K in their area. Once completed, you will log your time.
  • For 8 weeks, Coach Maria will provide 2 race-specific workouts a week with the goal of improving your 1st 5K to your 2nd in the series.
  • On Saturday, June 6 all athletes will again run a safe and socially distant 5K in their area.
  • At this time, we will compare the times from your first 5K to the recent one and we will all celebrate together!
  • Upon completion of the final 5K, a Finisher’s Medal will be sent to each participant!

All that is required is for each participant to complete the Athlete Form, agree and sign the waiver, and to submit $5 for the finisher’s medal. That’s all!
