Run and Resistance with Rachel

Join Coach Rachel for a 6-Week Run and Resistance Program designed to strengthen the runner and the athlete.

Rachel will lead athletes through a 30-minute run followed by a 30-minute strength training session.

Attendees are asked to bring the following:

  • Mat
  • Weights
  • Water

6-Week Classes begin July 1 at 5:30 am
