12 Week Track Program

Do you want a less hands on approach will a little more freedom on your other days? Then the track program is for you! We offer a program for all abilities with a 12-week focus of improving your race times. Join us at one of multiple training times once a week for customized speed work with other athletes led by one of our coaches. It’s a less expensive way to get more guidance for your upcoming race.

Our 12 week track programs include:

  • Mileage plans to help guide you on non-track days
  • Access to your coach during weekly track sessions
  • Custom paces based on ability

Youth Track Training

The summer slump can happen to all of us, even the youngest athletes! This summer don’t let your training falter! If you’re a student training for the upcoming track season, join us for a 6-week track program designed specifically for you.

During this program, you will receive a training plan including strength and conditioning to keep your training strong all summer long.

  • Tuesdays 6:30PM
  • Coleman Middle School
  • Begins June 11
  • $150.00
  • $25.00 discount for all LOUD and OTRA members.
