20 Mile Supported Run

Calling all the #TampaBay fall marathoners! Join us at #UpperTampaBayTrail for a supported 20 mile run Sunday, September 8! We will start at the entrance to the trail near Ballyhoo Grill promptly at 5AM. Please arrive no later than 4:55! Through the course of the run, we will have two bikes with lights riding back and forth to ensure everyone is all set. We will also have Gatorade and gel available at a few spots, so you don’t need to bring anything unless you have a specific need. There is also water available on the trail for all athletes. ⁣⁣
This is an out and back course and we will post the route later this week. If you don’t plan to run the full 20 miles but want to join us, you can turn around early and head back. There are many people doing different distances and many different paces as well. ⁣⁣
If you are running 20 miles and it will take longer than 3 hours and 45 minutes, please start early and come back to meet the group at 5. Support will only be out from5AM to 8:45AM. ⁣⁣
Following the run, we’ll head over to Brunchies for some recovery food! Breakfast starts at 9:15 to 9:30. ⁣⁣
